- Second semester intensive course with emphasis on vocabulary and grammar appropriate to the advanced beginner level. The course also explores cultural aspects of France and the Francophone world, enabling students to compare and contrast their own experience with their readings and discussions. UC/CSU FREN 2A + 2B = FREN 2
