    Description
    CPR card) Designed to meet the requirements of the State and National Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Education Standards for the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) basic level provider. Students acquire the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective skills required to pro- vide emergency care and transportation of the ill and injured. Includes required clinical experience on ambulance. CSU Students must attend a mandatory information session before the first day of class. After the class begins, students must satisfy requirements for clinical rotations, which include a certified criminal background check, immunization screening, and drug screening.
