This course introduces the principles of economic analysis in the study of the roles of LGBT people in cultures. Examines mar- kets and government policies for heteronormative biases; the role of homophobia and sexism in economic inequality and discrimination of LGBT people; public policy regarding LGBT people?s work and incomes.
