    This course emphasizes the information required to make important decisions concerning lifestyle, health, and wellness in today's society. An exploration is done in stress management, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weight control, nutrition, fitness, sexuality, fertility/reproduction, chronic and infectious diseases, heart disease, cancer, consumer health, aging, environmental issues, and other topics related to health care and wellness and the impact on western society.
