    Description
    Supervised employment which is designed to assist students in achieving job-related learning objectives and acquiring desirable work habits, attitudes and skills so as to enable them to become productive employees. This internship/work experience also provides students with career awareness for jobs. This type of work experience is available to students whose job and educational or occupational goals are not directly related. Career and professional development include knowledge, judgments, skills and attitudes essential for success in the workplace, and achievement of job related learning objectives. Practical experience in the application of production responsibilities in any of the following: stage management, house management, construction, scenery, properties, costume, lighting, sound, audio/visual and running crews. Course requires 54 internship hours for every one unit of credit.
