    Description
    Prerequisite: PH-5 (formerly PH-401). This course provides supervised work experience in public or private agencies, facilities, or organizations. Designed to apply public health knowledge, to help students learn new skills, and to provide career-related work experience in community situations. The instructor helps students with placement, and maintains contact with students throughout the semester via online tools and resources. Course requires 54 internship hours for every one unit of credit. May be taken two times. Transfer: CSU
