- Instrumental studio/performing group, emphasizing reading, improvisation and stylistic concepts as they apply to the intermediate/advanced jazz player. In most instances, student is expected to supply their own instrument, though some may be available on loan from the Music Department. Participation in on- and off-campus public performances and/or activities may be required.
