    This is the second course in the Practical Applications in Athletic Training series. Course provides students with the opportunity to observe and learn the basic principles and protocols of athletic training during day-to-day sports activities in a supervised lab setting. Basic athletic training room and event observation with an emphasis on prevention, care, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for the upper extremity. Helps prepare students for transfer to a Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) accredited athletic training program.
