Transfers ToCSUDescriptionComputer-aided drafting & design using the professional software, AutoCAD, Revit, and Chief Architect. Other software may be introduced. This course focuses on 3D and BIM software programs typically used in the Interior Design industry. Students will learn the basic skills needed for 3D modeling, digital rendering, and the production of 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, lighting plans, and perspective views for client presentations. Use of various rendering software, scanners, printers, and plotters will be covered.
