    Description
Modeling and analysis of electrical networks, covering fundamental network theorems, current, voltage, power relationships, exploring sinusoidal steady state and transient analysis of RLC networks, and basic electronic devices such as diodes, transistors, and op-amps, sensors. The course further extends its focus to include sensors, sampling, data acquisition, and PID controllers, integrating simulation techniques and utilizing a basic microcontroller. The laboratory component involves hands-on investigations into Ohm's Law, voltage and current division, mesh, and nodal analysis, and Thevenin and Norton equivalents. Explore simple RL, RC, and RLC circuits, gaining a comprehensive understanding of phasors and their applications. Practical skills include use of multimeters, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and the Arduino microcontroller. Simulation techniques further enhance the understanding of sensors, sampling, data acquisition, and PID controllers using Arduino microcontroller.
