    Description
    This course assists students with developing employability skills that are aligned with Chaffey College’s Academic, Community, and Employability Skill (ACES) framework and based on the Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs). Faculty will (1) review the ACES framework with students, (2) guide students in reflection on their experiences and goals, (3) identify specific ACES that will assist students in the completion of those goals, and (4) develop a plan to improve their selected employability skills. [3 hours]
