Part 2: U.S. economic systems and institutions and their origins will be examined including: theories and policies concerning economic growth and development, business cycles, unemployment, full employment, inflation, taxation, deficits, the national debt, public choice, money, banking, interest rates, international trade and finance, and competing economic views (e.g. Classical, New Classical, Keynesian, Monetarism, Sustainable Growth Theories, and Human Scale Economics).
