Must possess a current Basic Life Skills for Healthcare Providers CPR license from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. At time of registration, must provide a recent immunization record as well as letter from employer attesting to proof of completion of 6 months work experience. Proof of completion of a Dental Board of California approved 8-hour Infection Control course (or 2 hours for the registered Dental Assistant) and a 2-hour Dental Practice Act course is required.
