Corequisite: Concurrent Enrollment in: DENTAL 691. Limitation on Enrollment: Consent of instructor is required for registration. Must possess a current Basic Life Skills for Healthcare Providers CPR license from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. At time of registration, must provide letter from employer attesting to proof of completion of 6 months work experience. Proof of completion of a Dental Board of California approved 8-hour Infection Control course (or 2 hours for the registered Dental Assistant) and a 2-hour Dental Practice Act course is required. Proof of having completed a 4-hour Board approved Ultrasonic Scaling course (or concurrent enrollment in DENTAL 692).
