    This course provides structured guidance to students who are currently not enrolled in dental assisting courses. The content will vary according to the skill development, educational, and/or career advancement goals of the student, and on students’ progression in their program of study. The student and instructor will build an individualized plan for students to develop their understanding of dental assisting concepts and dental assisting skills in a laboratory or clinical setting.
