    Description
    Continued study of Modern Standard Arabic leading to a more accurate understanding and use of the language through placing equal emphasis on advanced-level speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. Sophisticated vocabulary and complex grammatical structures are applied to speaking and writing assignments. Reading comprehension in Arabic is developed in the context of cultural texts and themes. This course may also require completion of supplemental assignments.
