As an alternative to READ 43/READ 49 and READ 54 sequence, this accelerated course is designed to improve vocabulary skills; literal, interpretive, and critical comprehension: and analytical reading skills. Emphasis will be on college-level reading skills, and structured vocabulary development, including Latin and Greek roots and affixes and contextual clues. This course is not available to students who have received credit in READ 43 or READ 49 or READ 54.
