The emphasis is on the lending rules for residential property, disclosures, maximum fees and charges, agency relationships, advertising laws, HUD/RESPA calculations, and the loan process. This course satisfies the elective requirement for the Real Estate Salesperson's License and the Real Estate Broker's License.
