    RE 101 or equivalent with a grade of "C" or higher or "Pass" This course covers principles and problems in urban development such as basic methods of statistical analysis and interpretation, controlling land use, patterns of land use for commercial and industrial facilities, economic utilization, and land resources, public housing, urban renewal and rehabilitation, and impact of environmental controls. (This course is required for California Real Estate Broker's License).
