    Prerequisite
    NRSG 220 or equivalent with grades of Credit or "C" or higher. This course focuses on the theory and clinical application of the Nursing Process based on the Roy Adaptation Model and concepts related to the role of the Associate Degree Nurse as a Provider of Care for patients giving birth in the acute care setting and care of children in acute and clinic settings. The student must receive a grade of "C" or higher in the lecture component and a satisfactory grade in clinical lab in order to pass the course.
