    Prerequisite
    A&P 150 and A&P 151 or equivalent with grades of Credit or "C" or higher. This course introduces the student to the fundamentals of pharmacology as they relate to the nursing management of drug therapy. Prototype drugs, selected from the major drug classes, are used to illustrate important drug facts. Core drug knowledge is integrated with core patient knowledge to provide a framework for nursing management in drug therapy.
