    Prerequisite
    Admission to the Dental Hygiene Program. Intended for students accepted in the Dental Hygiene Baccalaureate Degree Program. This course provides instruction in research methodology and biostatistics. Emphasis will be placed on reading and interpreting scientific literature in dentistry and dental hygiene and using technology in searching for appropriate research to complete applicable assignments. With guidance, students will design, conduct, and analyze research that aligns with the National Dental Hygiene Research Agenda.
