The topics include atomic theory, stoichiometry, chemical bonding, thermochemistry, periodicity, molecular geometry, gas laws, solution stoichiometry, intermolecular forces and selected topics covering redox and acid-base reactions. The laboratory program includes gravimetric, colorimetric, and selected volumetric methods of analysis.
