- Teaches radiation protection for the patient/public and the technologist, and radiobiology with emphasis on radiation dose and biologic effects. Studies state and federal laws which govern and control the use of ionizing radiation and the manufacture and use of radiation equipment. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
