    Description
    Introduces the scientific study of abnormal behavior, including explanations of anxiety, depression, schizophrenias, and other disorders. Surveys abnormal behavior from a variety of perspectives including biological, psychological, and sociocultural approaches. Includes intervention and prevention strategies for psychological disorders. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
