- Introduces the use of synthesizers and digital sampling in the composition of electronic music. Topics include: analog synthesis, digital synthesis, digital sampling, sample editing, digital processing, MIDI and electronic music composition, including "hands-on" experience for individual projects. Some of the class hours for this course may be scheduled as To Be Arranged (TBA). May be offered in a distance-learning format.
