Includes compositions from swing, latin, and fusion styles. Emphasis is on chord progression analysis, solo devices, and improvisation. Must have proficiency on a musical instrument or as a singer demonstrated by audition. Some of the class hours for this course may be scheduled as To Be Arranged (TBA).
