    Prepares students to take the general section of a medical assisting exam such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Medical Administrative Specialist (CMAS), or the California Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA). Includes review, study, and practice exams covering medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, human development, professional relations, healthcare law, and healthcare ethics. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
