    Description
    Provides instruction of advanced level competitive swimming techniques to enhance physical fitness. Swim sets include flip turns, tactical breathing, and developing a complete swim work out. May be offered in a distance-learning format. Transfers to CSU; UC, with limits: Any or all KIN activity courses combined: maximum credit - 4 units. CAB GE E, CSU GE E (Beg. F'13- may be used to meet Area E if combined with other non-activity Area E units from the CG or NUTR (CAHM) departments).
