    Description
    Designed to enrich the quality of life of older adults through aquatic exercise for older adults. Older adult students improve their physical and mental well-being through aerobic conditioning, strength training, and stretch activities in a water environment. Course activities are offered in an open lab format and promote or maintain physical, mental, social and emotional well-being. This course will accommodate varying skill levels.
