    Description
    Designed to enrich the quality of life of older adults through exercise. Course activities promote or maintain physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being and accommodate varying skill levels. Activities are offered in an open lab format and may include strength training, aerobic fitness, circuit training, core stability training, and/or free weights. These activities are incorporated to encourage a healthier and more active life.
