    Description
    Designed to enrich the quality of life of older adults through movement and balance exercise. Course activities promote or maintain physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being and accommodate varying skill levels. Activities including stretching, posture, balance, breathing, relaxation, and cognitive flexibility are incorporated to encourage a healthier and more active life.
