- Focuses on appropriate interventions, technologies, and strategies for the delivery of human services. Provides practical knowledge of communication, cultural competency, case management, referral, home visitation, alcohol and drug abuse, HIV, sexually transmitted diseases, abuse, neglect, gerontology, disability, and other issues. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
