    Continues the theory and practices of good management agriculture begun in Organic Food Production 1 emphasizing summertime, commercial scale, local area, organic vegetable, fruit, and flower crops. Emphasizes the scientific, economic, and social basis for good management practices. Explores organic farming and farm business, and is designed primarily for students planning a management career in organic horticulture. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
