    Continues the theory and practices of good management begun in Organic Agriculture emphasizing springtime, commercial scale, local area, organic vegetable, fruit, and flower crops. Emphasizes the scientific, economic, and social basis for good management practices. Designed primarily for students planning a management career in organic horticulture. Includes instruction for obtaining the IOIA Certificate: USDA NOP Organic Crop Standards Training. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
