- Advances knowledge of the production of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Topics include diagnosing plant health problems, fertilizer calculations, irrigation regulation, pesticide labels, production scheduling, harvest and labor, post-harvest handling and storage, and sustainability issues. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
