    Traces the history of the people and cultures who call the Monterey Bay Region home. Beginning with the Ohlone people, the course includes immigrants from Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Points of conflict and collaboration will be explored as well as the status of communities in the 1990s. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
