    Description
    Introduces students to the history of film, film technology, various film styles, genres, and movements, as well as helping them develop and apply a knowledge of film terminology and theories to critically analyze American and international cinema. This is a non-credit course for older adults taught with The Language of Film: Film History. Students should attend the 1st class meeting and may register in the 3rd week of classes. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
