Examines administrative tools, philosophies, and techniques needed to organize, open, and operate an early care and education program. Meets the requirement for three units in Program Administration for Social Services Licensing and three of the required six units for the Site Supervisor level of the California Child Development Permit Matrix. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
