    Covers essential skills and practices in preparing content for digital and physical media, including the print production process, prepress layouts, and creation of digital documents. Discusses techniques dealing with proper page design and layout, the fundamentals of typography, how to implement the principles and elements of graphic design, and other aspects of design theory. Students will use industry-standard software to produce original creative content for diverse cross-media projects. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
