    Description
Provides an introduction to the Internet of Things (IoT) wherein devices connect with each other, the cloud, processes, and people. Students learn how information from physical devices in the real world is communicated to processors, gain knowledge about how electronic components work, and learn to interface electronic sensors and actuators to small computers and micro-controllers. This course is project-based; students will work individually and in teams to explore and build IoT devices/solutions. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
