    Prepares students for participation in cybersecurity competitions. Covers topics in the major areas of web basics, legal and ethical issues of web application exploitation, and penetration testing. Students participate in practice competitions using virtual machines to learn techniques for securing a network using web application exploitation. Emphasis on active learning. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
