Transfers ToNot transferableDescriptionThis course is designed for persons with substantial disabilities attending a facility in the community generally known as a day activity center. Fine Arts focuses on learning to utilize a variety of art media to enhance creative expression. Topics will include drawing (pencil, charcoal, pastels, pen and ink, etc.), painting (watercolor, acrylic, oil, etc.) and creating individual works of art which can be shown in local venues. An individual assessment of needs as well as an ongoing Individual Service Plan (ISP) is a component of this course. The ISP will dictate the number of hours each student will spend in this course. Unlimited repeats. Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory only. Open Entry/Open Exit.
