    Description
    This course is a refresher in the study of reading, vocabulary, and grammar skills. The reading skills include main idea, restatement, inference, and supporting details. Vocabulary skills include Latin and Greek roots and prefixes and utilizing vocabulary in context. Grammar skills will include how to identify and use effective grammar and sentence structure and how to express meaning and use effective grammar and sentence structure to express that meaning. Students must take the TABE or CASAS before enrolling in the program.
