    Description
    This noncredit course introduces students to the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for customer-centered positions. Effective service improves quality of life, whether students plan to work in private enterprise, government, non-profits, CUST 110 or family-owned businesses. The course focuses on key concepts, strategies, and techniques for delivering excellent customer service. Students will also develop essential skills, including communication, relationship building, critical thinking, understanding diversity, teamwork, and flexibility.
