Concepts covered include the regulatory environment in which business operates and the basic principles of law as applied to ordinary business transactions. Further, this course emphasizes business' responsibility for consumer protection, crimes, torts, computers and the internet, intellectual property, and the Uniform Commercial Code and California Law.
