- Includes a study of sources of real estate law, classes of property, fixtures, easements, interests in real property, covenants, conditions, and restrictions. The course also includes real property security devices, escrow, and landlord- tenant law. May be applied toward: (1) Real Estate Salesperson's license; (2) Real Estate Broker's license.
