    Description
This course is a continuation of intermediate tap dance, focusing on advanced level combinations and rhythmic structures. It will further expand the study of tap styles, tap dance history, and tap performance. Compositional forms and rhythms are practiced leading to an understanding and appreciation of tap as an artistic dance form. BEFORE ENROLLING, students should have the strength, coordination, and rhythmic ability to execute the technical skills necessary for intermediate tap dance steps. Students should have at least two years of tap dance experience, and/or completion of DA 125.
