- This course presents an examination of our commercial environ- ment. Includes analysis of the historical development leading into our contemporary institutions and processes. Contracts, sales, Uniform Commercial Code and negotiable instruments are em- phasized. Students will be challenged in areas of critical analysis, logic and reasoning. (C-ID: BUS 125)
