    Description
This is a beginning-level investigation of the theories and techniques of drawing the human figure from observation using a variety of media. Projects include an introduction to human anatomy and explore how images of the human figure have been structured by various historical, cultural, and contemporary visual practices. Students in this course will apply the visual elements and principles of design to create both perceptual and interpretative images of the human figure. Students may have to purchase additional supplies not provided by the college. (C-ID: ARTS 200)
